Which product photos are most useful when evaluating a skirt online?

A close-up of the material can provide useful texture information without proving exactly how the fabric feels. For patterned styles, a full-length view can reveal placement that a cropped fabric image leaves out.

What should I check when choosing a linen or linen-blend skirt?

A textured surface may contain intentional irregularities, so distinguish its appearance from an unexplained defect. Consider the fit through the hips independently of any adjustable waist feature.

How can a fabric sample help when choosing a skirt?

Ask for clarification about decorative finishes absent from the sample. Do not infer complete garment opacity from one isolated layer.
