Frequently Asked Questions for Ossiarch Bonereapers: Mortisan Soulmason (Mail Order) Imperial Forces and is supplied with 5x 2 Ironhead heavy stubbers
What should I confirm before purchasing on behalf of an organization?
Ask which party should accept a proposed change to the order. Coordinate with other buyers to avoid accidentally ordering the same scope twice.
How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?
Start with what you directly observed about the issue. Identify the selected product option and relevant order reference.
How can I check an existing order's status without submitting another purchase?
Do not use a reorder action merely to find information about an earlier purchase. If the status contradicts what was provided, report the specific discrepancy.
